I have had a few treatments from the ladies in Nina’s!! I’ve had my eyelashes done and my hair coloured and cut!! Every time I’ve been in there they all give excellent service, they are all super friendly and they are all professional!!

Followed siobhan when she moved to wallesay full time based with Nina, she’s the best hair dresser ever and is so kind. There’s such a lovely atmosphere in this salon, all the other girls seem really really lovely. Complimentary drinks too! i especially look forward to sausage dog cuddles when I come in😍🫶🏼 keep up the great work!

Came for a Korean lash lift with Grace which unfortunately did not work. I kindly asked for a refund as I am unable to come back in before I go on holiday and provided pictures of my lashes. I’ve sent multiple messages trying to reason which have all been read and ignored. Very unfortunate experience and not the customer service I expect 🙁
